Delivering your goods in the best condition is our top priority

All of our products and shipments are packed in such a way that they're perfectly matched for all the kicks, bumps and obstacles they might encounter during delivery. For all products that we develop, packaging is also an important dimension of product development. Packing it in a highly shock absorbing and protective casing is something we have become specialized in throughout the years.

Unfortunately, it can happen that you receive your delivery in a damaged way. This can be inconvenient, but we're here to help. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth and quick solution for your order.

Damaged packaging does not always mean a damaged product!

If the packaging of your order is damaged, this does not necessarily mean that your ordered products are damaged as well. In fact, our packaging is designed to receive a beating. If your packaging is damaged, this means the delivery itself might have been rough, but your products are in almost all cases still in top condition. The packaging has done its job then! So if you receive a damaged packaging, don't worry. In order to make sure your products are as you ordered them, we recommend you to always sign for the delivery and immediately open the packaging and check the condition of your order.
